There is people’s right involved in administrative execution. For the sake of deliberation, the enforcement personnel shall present certificate that is sufficient to prove his/her identity in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 5 of Administrative Execution Act. The “certificate that is sufficient to prove his/her identity” referred to herein shall not subject to ID card, badge or other identity certificate.
