Taiwan’s Administrative Enforcement Law was amended and enacted on Nov.11.1998, wich switched the system of court injunction against,the default in performing money payment obligation under public law into Administrative Enforcement Agency Ministry of Justice,  located at various places over the nation and this agency was established on Jan.

1,2001. The jurisdiction covers Yilan County、  Keelung City、 Taipei County(Jinshan、 Wanli、 Ruifang、 Pingxi、 Shuangxi、 Gongliao). 

The offices are located at No.  261, Jhongshan   Rd.  Yilan City. It is close to Yilan County Branch bureau National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province and Yilan Taxation Administration Office. 

It will be more convenient for business coordination and people to contact with us. In Keelung City,  there is an office for Keelung Administrative Enforcement Office.  The address is No. 169, Dongxin Rd, Xinyi District, Keelung City,  which is next to Hsinyi District Office of Keelung City, it is convenient for people to handle their business.
