The work to rehabilitate inmates is arduous, complex, and cannot be achieved overnight. Hard work, determination, and sacrifices are mandated. We encourage our colleagues to innovate and reform, be bold with the courage to correct mistakes and strive for progress, and endeavor to allow correctional work to assist inmates to make amends and adapt to society.
